Delivery Eligibility

This course defines the most important boundary in the delivery stream: training provides evidence of preparation, while delivery requires a separate Commercial Entitlement, site binding, and completed checkpoints. It is intended for everyone involved in agreeing, coordinating, or supporting delivery.

This course uses the IHA (Instant Health Assessment — a series of papers on instant health assessment that the platform’s terminology partly derives from) release terminology for governed release, evidence-of-fact receipt, continuous chain of trust, and deployment admission.

The course confirms understanding of the delivery boundary and its checkpoints. It does not create delivery rights on its own and does not replace separate commercial, technical, or organizational checks.
