Training Programs
HealthOS ICU training is organized in two levels: programs for role readiness and courses for concrete skills.
How the training catalog works

A Course Badge records course completion. A Program Certificate records program completion. Delivery is handled separately — through Commercial Entitlement, site binding, and delivery checkpoints.

OEM Integration
A route for OEM teams: from the general platform frame to integration boundaries, pilot compatibility, and delivery conditions.
Open programClinical Operations
An early clinical-rollout route covering clinical context, phased deployment, traceability, and pilot boundaries.

A route for preparing knowledge changes: sources, governed review, and disciplined proposal logic.

A route for approval roles: change review, clinical governance, stop conditions, and the decision on the next step.

Course Catalog
Use the program-course matrix to see how the 21 courses map to the seven programs. A course card presents one topic and one practical result. A program card shows how those courses combine into a role-based route with a capstone. Course content, progress, badge issuance, and capstone submission live on the RTLAB learning platform (https://edu.rtlab.ru).
What Happens After a Program
Completing a training program is necessary, but not sufficient, for delivery eligibility. Delivery requires three artifacts: a Program Certificate, site binding, and a paid license (an active Commercial Entitlement). All three together unlock the delivery control panel — held in the personal cabinet, on the RTLAB training platform.
