Knowledge Authoring Program

This program assembles the route for knowledge authors and method owners who need to propose changes carefully, in a reviewable form, and with a clear logic for later consideration. It connects the product frame, safe wording rules, work with sources, and preparation of materials for audit review.

Fact Value
Catalog queue First queue (P1) (training-program launch queue)
Audience Knowledge authors, method owners, and coordinators preparing changes
Structure 5 required courses and a capstone
Result Program Certificate for authoring readiness
Delivery profile Knowledge-authoring profile, without automatic delivery execution

What the Program Provides

  • an understanding of the product frame and the safe limits of wording;
  • the ability to prepare a knowledge change from validated sources;
  • the ability to assemble a review packet and identify its weak spots in advance;
  • the ability to treat preliminary agent-assisted search only as input for manual validation and a careful knowledge-change note.

How the Program Is Assembled

Program layer Included courses What this layer provides
Base layer Foundations (C-FND-01), Safety Kernel (C-FND-02) The overall platform picture, the distinction between preparation, entitlement, and delivery, and the rules of safe language
Profile preparation Knowledge Model (C-KNW-01), Governance Workflow (C-KNW-02) Preparation of a knowledge-change note, source handling, and a governed review process
Operational completion Audit Replay (C-RUN-02) Decision traceability and readiness for later audit review
How the knowledge Authoring Program is put togetherFive program steps: Base layer → Knowledge authoring → Capstone → Program Certificate → Separate delivery track. The dashed node marks the area outside training.Base layerKnowledgeauthoringCapstoneProgramCertificateSeparatedelivery track
The dashed frame is the delivery track: it starts after the certificate and is outside training.

Required Courses

Capstone

The capstone is a validated refinement candidate with supporting materials, the affected surface, rollback notes, and an explicit logic for how the proposal can move forward. If preliminary agent-assisted search was used during preparation, its results must be manually validated before inclusion in the final packet.

The program aligns knowledge authoring with authorized semantics, term traceability, and diagnostic-contour feedback.

Program Boundaries and What Comes Next

The Program Certificate confirms readiness to prepare and support knowledge changes. It does not mean that the change has already been approved, is ready for release, or can be passed automatically into the live stream. Delivery eligibility requires two more artifacts — site binding and a paid license — see “What Happens After a Program” on the training hub.
