Governance Workflow

This course moves knowledge work from individual editing into a governed review process. It shows how review lanes are structured, which acceptance criteria apply to changes, and how to preserve the rationale behind a decision for later audit and re-review.

What the Course Covers

Block Content
Module 1 Review lanes, acceptance criteria, and the signs that a packet is still not ready to move forward

After the Course You Will Be Able To

  • assess whether a change is ready for review;
  • define acceptance criteria without ambiguity;
  • record decision rationale so it can be revisited later;
  • distinguish a working review packet from an unprepared draft.

How the Course Runs

This course uses the IHA (Instant Health Assessment — a series of papers on instant health assessment that the platform’s terminology partly derives from) governance terminology for authorized semantics, runtime term references, term traceability, and the diagnostic contour.

Course Boundaries and What Comes Next

The course confirms readiness to work inside a governed process for reviewing knowledge changes. It does not replace final approval, release, or separate checks before a change is used in practice. A Course Badge is not a Program Certificate and not delivery eligibility: both remain separate steps — see “What Happens After a Program” on the training hub.
