Knowledge Model
This course explains how medical knowledge is prepared in HealthOS ICU so that it can be used repeatedly, transparently, and with clear grounds. It is intended for those who prepare changes, work with sources, and are responsible for wording quality before the approval stage. A dedicated emphasis is placed on how preliminary agent-assisted search results become a carefully validated knowledge-change note.

How the Course Runs
This course uses the IHA (Instant Health Assessment — a series of papers on instant health assessment that the platform’s terminology partly derives from) governance terminology for authorized semantics, runtime term references, term traceability, and the diagnostic contour.
Course Boundaries and What Comes Next
The course confirms baseline readiness to prepare knowledge changes. It does not mean that the change has already been approved, is ready for release, or can be passed automatically into the live stream.
The rule the course uses instead of a prohibition: an agent is a source of candidates, not of authority. Preliminary agent-assisted search yields material that stays a proposal until human review — which is why it can be used more boldly than it seems, but never accepted without source validation and human responsibility for the final wording. A Course Badge is not a Program Certificate and not delivery eligibility: both remain separate steps — see “What Happens After a Program” on the training hub.
