Clinical Operations Program
This program assembles the route for clinical teams that need to enter work with HealthOS ICU safely at the early rollout stage. It connects clinical context, phased deployment, decision traceability, and the boundary between team preparation and a separate delivery stream.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| Catalog queue | First queue (P1) (training-program launch queue) |
| Audience | Clinical governance leads, ICU and OR medical directors, and pilot coordinators |
| Structure | 5 required courses and a capstone |
| Result | Program Certificate for clinical operations readiness |
| Delivery profile | Clinical-profile delivery pack (P-CLN-pack) — only with an active Commercial Entitlement |
What the Program Provides
- an understanding of the product frame and its safe limits in the clinical stream;
- the ability to work with clinical context, risk notes, and escalation;
- a phased rollout discipline with human review and decision traceability;
- an understanding of which conditions must be met before moving from team preparation to the next rollout step.
How the Program Is Assembled
| Program layer | Included courses | What this layer provides |
|---|---|---|
| Base layer | Foundations (C-FND-01), Clinical Workflow (C-FND-03) | The overall platform picture, rules for working with clinical context, and safe language for describing risks |
| Profile preparation | Phased Deployment (C-CLN-02), Audit Replay (C-RUN-02) | The order of phased deployment, escalation notes, and reconstruction of event logic |
| Operational completion | Delivery Eligibility (C-DLV-01) | Understanding where learning and pilot readiness end and a separate delivery stream begins |
Required Courses
- Foundations (C-FND-01) — the starting frame of the platform and its boundaries
- Clinical Workflow (C-FND-03) — work with clinical context and safety notes
- Phased Deployment (C-CLN-02) — the early deployment scenario and clinical escalation
- Audit Replay (C-RUN-02) — event traceability and decision review
- Delivery Eligibility (C-DLV-01) — the boundary between team readiness and delivery
Capstone
The capstone produces a pilot-readiness packet with role assignments, a clinical approval path, and expectations for activation evidence. The team must show exactly how it will work in the early clinical stream without blurring lines of responsibility.
The program aligns clinical operations terminology with instant health assessment (IHA — a series of papers on early clinical-signal triage that the platform’s terminology partly derives from), cardio flags, evidence review, and the clinical validation boundary.
Program Boundaries and What Comes Next
The Program Certificate confirms completion of the clinical preparation route and the capstone. It does not imply an automatic move into the next rollout phase and does not replace separate organizational, clinical, or delivery checks. Delivery eligibility requires two more artifacts — site binding and a paid license — see “What Happens After a Program” on the training hub.
- What Happens After a Program — three access artifacts for delivery eligibility
- For Clinical Institutions — phased rollout, boundaries, accountability
- Delivery Overview — components and checkpoints
