Safety Review
This course focuses on complex changes that affect several areas at once and require careful review from the perspective of safety, compatibility, and retirement of outdated wording. It is intended for situations where a simple review is no longer sufficient and an explicit release-or-reject decision is required.

How the Course Runs
This course uses the IHA (Instant Health Assessment — a series of papers on instant health assessment that the platform’s terminology partly derives from) governance terminology for authorized semantics, runtime term references, term traceability, and the diagnostic contour.
Course Boundaries and What Comes Next
The course confirms readiness for advanced review of a change from a safety perspective. It does not grant the right to move a change automatically into live use without a separate release process. A Course Badge is not a Program Certificate and not delivery eligibility: both remain separate steps — see “What Happens After a Program” on the training hub.
